With over 20 years of experience and a National Academy of Sports Medicine certification since 1998, Bob is dedicated to helping you achieve the best version of yourself.
Join us for one-on-one training or small group sessions (2-4 people) that ensure personalized attention. We are open Monday to Friday from 6 AM to 8 PM, Wednesdays from 6 AM to 3 PM, and Saturdays from 6 AM to 12 PM. We are closed on Sundays to recharge and prepare for another week of fitness achievements.
